Abstract :
[en] Psoriasis is a common genetic disorder that may be initiated (drug-induced psoriasis) or exacerbated (drug-triggered psoriasis) by some drug intakes. Beta-blockers, lithium, some antimelarial drugs, non steroidal anti-inflammatory agents and tetracyclines are recognized to influence the clinical course of psoriasis. Other drugs are likely or possibly involved in this process.
