Abstract :	[en] Some validation is presented concerning the physicis and the biology, as well as the decomposition of the oxygen cycle in its different components. The role of the Sevastopol eddy of retaining POM in the Crimea peninsula causing intense bacterial oxygen consumption is evidenced.
