Abstract :	[en] Different aspects of primary treatment of flexor tendon lesions are reviewed. Of outstanding importance are: adequate setting and instruments plus meticulous repair with fine material, avoidance of traumatic manipulation of structures and anatomical repair, use of dynamic mobilisation of reconstructed tendons within a team of well informed and motivated therapists.
