Abstract :
[en] The cytomegalovirus (CMV) immediate-early (IE) gene-regulatory region was found to be three- to fourfold more efficient than the Rous sarcoma retroviral long terminal repeat (LTR) in promoting expression of the bovine growth hormone (bGH) gene by rat GH3 cells.
