Abstract :
[en] Pulmonary aspergillosis are uncommon diseases. The clinical expression of which are depending on the immunological status. The spectrum of pulmonary aspergillosis goes from hypersensitization to the invasive and disseminated aspergillosis. We report here the clinical history of a patient with severe COPD and receiving regular oral corticoids who had a persistent lung infiltration. The infiltration became cavitary and proved to be a chronic necrotizing pneumonia due to Aspegillus fumigatus. The outcome was favourable thank to a treatment with voriconazole.
