Abstract :	[en] We report the case of a patient treated by chemotherapy for a diagnosis of mesothelioma. A quickly progressive dyspnea developed which was due to compression of the right main bronchus by mediastinal extension of the tumor. This obstruction was treated by interventionnal bronchoscopy and stenting.
