Abstract :
[en] A general procedure of evaluation of the lipid-drug association constant in monolayer is presented. Lipids are spread at the air-water interface and the drugs injected into the aqueous subphase. Association constant potential and predictions from the Gouy-Chapman theory. Several procedures of calculation are described.
