[en] The need for robust, reliable multiaxial constitutive relationships for concrete is a challenging issue in structural fire engineering. A new damage-plastic model has been developed to capture the development of permanent strains and the degradation of elastic properties in concrete subjected to thermo-mechanical loading. This model has been implemented in the software SAFIR for using with SOLID finite elements (multiaxial model) and with SHELL finite elements (plane stress model).
