Euregio Mosa-Rhine is a euregional structure that agregates Province of Liege and German-speaking belgian community (Belgium) Province of Limburg (Belgium), Province of South-Limburg (Netherlands) and Regio Aachen (Germany). It is supposed to be an area with many commercial and cultural inter-relations. Throuth a survey led in 2002, the paper tries to assess cultural similitaries and differences between the five components at the level of social identity and political values. It shows a contrasted landscape where the two dutch-speaking parts being more individualist, the german part being more comunitarian and, at the heart, the province of Liege more materialist and egalitarian.
