In order to be able to study the links between the evolution of accessibilities and mobilities and the dynamics of the commercial localizations, the article has been organized in three parts : firstly, the definition of the concepts of accessibility and mobility as well as the distance; secondly, analysis of the role of these two concepts in the commercial field and the their most evident recent evolutions; lastly, research into corresponding links.
