[more ▼] The purpose of this deliverable is to present the researches that have been led for modelling learning and activities in CoPs. On the basis of these models, we developed Learning and Organisational Resources (LORs) that are short activity scenarios aiming at developing learning, collaboration and uses of technological services in CoPs. The LORs are especially focused on the Generic Scenarios developed by WP5 and presented in D.IMP.08 i.e. ‘Reification’, ‘Debate & Decide’, and ‘Identity building’. The LORs have been trialled and evaluated by CoPs. In the conclusions, we synthesize the evaluation accounts from the CoPs and we provide advices for the use of the LORs by CoPs from various domains and contexts. [more ▼] The research presented in this deliverable aimed at observing and analysing the use of PALETTE services in authentic CoP contexts. We first present our conceptual framework based on the instrumental genesis theory. We then present our methodology for the generation of data and the analysis. Seven cases of design in use of PALETTE services and scenarios by CoPs are then described and analysed. In the discussion section, we carry out a cross-case analysis aiming at highlighting the common conditions of use of the services through the seven analysed cases. This discussion provides reflection that may inform the use of PALETTE services by other CoPs in other contexts. Finally, in the conclusion, we reflect on our methodological approach and results, and provide guidelines for further research. [more ▼] This deliverable presents the participatory design methodology of the PALETTE project and some first results of the implementation of this process. Some principles of the Actor Network Theory and of the Agile Methodology are embedded in the different stages of this methodology whose twelve stages (described in details in the last section) will be the basis of the participative development of services and scenarios of use. The first two stages of the process, establishing the collaboration with the CoPs and modelling their activities, have been implemented. Concrete results are available, i.e. procedures implemented to enrol the partners, methodological tools to gather and analyse the data from the CoPs. Some information has been communicated to partners of WPs 2, 3, 4 and 5 that needed it to progress in the development of their work. This process is not ended; it is iterative and will be refined all along the project. [more ▼] The LEARN-NETT project aims at developing and promoting the use of ICT into and for teachers' training. In this way, groups composed by students from different european universities are supported by an "on-line tutor" who helps them to communicate, collaborate and lead a reflection during collaborative project. This contribution presents and analyses the different roles of these tutors and proposes a model for an "on-line tutor" training.
